In this video, I review a vinyl cutter i’ve been looking at for some time. The 9 vinyl specialist 28″. It’s very similar to the US Cutter but a bit cheaper. Of course this is a BEGINNER vinyl cutter. It comes with problem but their fixable problems.
I’ll show you how the stand looks, how to install the cutting software, how to test the blade, how to make a one color shirt and a 2 color shirt and my honest opinion of this product.
